1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling a service with, visiting the website of, or otherwise engaging with Radiant Detailing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Overview
Radiant Detailing provides professional auto detailing services including, but not limited to, exterior wash and polish, interior cleaning and shampooing, paint correction, ceramic coating application, headlight restoration, odor elimination, and engine bay detailing. Services are subject to availability.
3. Eligibility & Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enter into any agreement with us. By booking a service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and are legally authorized to have the vehicle serviced.
4. Non-Binding Estimates
All prices provided verbally, through our website, or through our booking system are non-binding estimates unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, actual condition, complexity of service required, and any additional services needed upon inspection. We will notify you of any significant pricing adjustment before commencing work.
5. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice may forfeit any deposit paid. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and will notify you promptly in such cases.
6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibility
By presenting your vehicle for service, you represent that you are the registered owner or have full legal authority to authorize detailing services on the vehicle. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, documents, and fragile items from your vehicle prior to service. Radiant Detailing assumes no responsibility for any items remaining in the vehicle during service.
7. Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer
We conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle prior to beginning work and will document any visible pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, chips, stains, paint defects, or mechanical issues. By proceeding with service, you acknowledge such conditions and release Radiant Detailing from liability for damage that existed prior to service. Please note that professional detailing processes may occasionally reveal pre-existing damage previously concealed by dirt, debris, or prior coatings.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will schedule a return visit to address your concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the workmanship of our detailing services and does not cover pre-existing conditions, customer-caused damage, or normal wear and tear.
9. Limitation of Liability
Radiant Detailing's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Personal Property Disclaimer
While we exercise care in working around vehicle contents, Radiant Detailing is not responsible for personal property left in or on the vehicle during the service period, including but not limited to electronics, cash, jewelry, documents, or other valuables. Customers are strongly advised to remove all valuables prior to their appointment.
11. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Radiant Detailing — including our business name, logo, branding, website content, and imagery — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our proprietary content without prior written permission.
12. SMS / Text Message Communications — A2P Compliance
Transactional Messages: By providing your phone number and booking a service, you consent to receive transactional text messages — including appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and follow-ups. These messages are sent approximately 2–6 times per appointment cycle.
Marketing Messages: With your explicit written or digital opt-in consent, we may send promotional messages including special offers and service announcements, at a maximum frequency of 4 messages per month.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to opt out of messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Re-Consent: To re-enroll in messages after opting out, reply START to our number or contact us directly.
Data Privacy: Your opt-in information and consent data are never sold to or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
13. Third-Party Services
We use third-party platforms for scheduling, payment processing, and customer communications. Your interaction with those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of third-party service providers.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radiant Detailing, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misrepresentation about your authority to have the vehicle serviced; or (c) your negligence or willful misconduct.
15. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date and are effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any Customer at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, abusive or disrespectful conduct toward our staff, or any fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful activity.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Washington in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation in connection with any dispute.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radiant Detailing with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
